On Friday, April 4, former Eden Christian Academy standout Caleb Emswiler’s current college team, the Gardner–Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs, lost 9-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Western Carolina Catamounts.

The game took place at Ronnie G. Childress Field at Hennon Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Catamounts this season.

The Runnin’ Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 2 p.m. at Ronnie G. Childress Field at Hennon Stadium against Western Carolina Catamounts.
