On Saturday, March 15, former Avonworth High School standout Mason Horwat’s current college team, the Penn State Nittany Lions, won 10-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Northwestern Wildcats.

The game took place at Rocky and Berenice Miller Park. This was their second matchup against the Wildcats this season.

The Nittany Lions’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 16 at 1 p.m. at Rocky and Berenice Miller Park against Northwestern Wildcats.
