On Saturday, March 29, former Avonworth High School standout Rylee Gray’s current college team, the Francis Marion Patriots, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Belmont Abbey Crusaders.

The game took place at Crusader Field. This was their second matchup against the Crusaders this season.

The Patriots’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 12:55 p.m. at Nancy Chapman Cassell Field against Mount Olive Trojans.
