On Saturday, March 29, former North Hills Senior High School standout Abigail Scheller’s current college team, the Akron Zips, won 6-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Toledo Rockets.
The game took place at Scott Park Baseball Softball. This was their third matchup against the Rockets this season.
The Zips’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 1 p.m. at Miami Softball Stadium against Miami RedHawks.
