FCASD Telethon Month Kicks Off
Fox Chapel Area School District students will hold their 32nd annual telethon Thursday, December 23, 2021, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. The telethon will raise money for Fox Families Care. The telethon will involve students from all six schools in the Fox Chapel Area School District (Fairview, Hartwood, Kerr, and O’Hara elementaries; Dorseyville Middle School; and Fox Chapel Area High School). Student, teacher, parent, and community representatives will be participating in the telethon benefitting Fox Families Care by making donations during the live event. The public is also invited to make donations through the following website: https://www.foxfamiliescare.org/donatenow.
The telethon will be streamed live on the Swift Fox Media YouTube Channel at https://www.youtube.com/c/swiftfoxmedia. The link to the broadcast will also be available on both the district’s website at www.fcasd.edu and Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/foxchapelarea. Anyone can watch the telethon any time after the live broadcast on the Swift Fox Media YouTube Channel.
The telethon is coordinated by the Fox Chapel Area High School Student Government and the digital media production students of the high school, who plan and produce the event.
