FOIA Request to McCandless Township Police Pension Plan Regarding Detailed Information of Active and Retired Employees in the Organization's Pension Fund for the Year 2023 on September 20, 2024.

In our continued commitment to providing comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, we at North Allegheny News have sent a request under the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law, 65 §66.1 et seq., for detailed records of all active and retired employees within the McCandless Township Police Pension Plan for the year of 2023.

The requested information includes essential data fields such as last name, first name, middle name, date of birth, employer name, employment start date, employment end date, salary, compensation type, amount, year of contribution, process date, last disbursement amount, disbursement frequency and the contribution amount for the year 2023.

As a media organization deeply involved in gathering and reporting news to the public, access to public records is crucial for us to fulfill our professional responsibilities.
