On Wednesday, April 2, former Springdale Junior Senior High School standout Johnny Hughes’ current college team, the Allegheny Gators, won 10-0 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Franciscan Steubenville Barons.

The game took place at Robert M. Garbark ’32 Field. This was their first matchup against the Barons this season.

The Gators’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 1 p.m. at Robert M. Garbark ’32 Field against Thiel Tomcats.
