BOROUGH OF EDGEWORTH

Notice is hereby given that the Edgeworth Zoning Hearing Board (“Board”) will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday August 18th, 2021, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Edgeworth Borough Building, 301 Beaver Road, Edgeworth, PA 15143 concerning the following matters:
The Board will consider a request by Mr. Joseph Meier for the property located at 218 Pine Road for a variance from Article V, Section 130-28 G 7(b)(1) of the Code related to solar panels on a principal structure.
The Board will consider a request by Mr. and Mrs. Ryan Birtwell for the property located at 615 Academy Ave for a variance from Article V, Section 130-22 C (2) of the Code concerning the side yard setback of a garage addition in the front of the residence.
