Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church recently issued the following announcement.
Family Retreat - September 17-19th
Assumption Parish will be hosting a retreat for our families on the weekend of September 17–19th at the St. Thomas More House of Prayer, a beautiful retreat center 11⁄2 hrs. from Pittsburgh. The weekend will include:
- Holy Mass
- Liturgy of the Hours
- Adoration
- Confession
- Inspiring talks for parents & teens
- Children’s activities
- Hiking and more!
We will be joined by Fr. Jeff Craig, and special guest, Fr. Joe Freedy. Come and grow deeper in God’s love as a family! Cost is $150 per family and includes private room & bath.
