Quaker Valley School District Special Exception Zoning Hearing Continued
The Zoning Hearing Board’s hearing on QVSD’s application for a special exception has been continued. Please see the ad below. Citizens may participate in person or via Zoom. Please check back for the Zoom link.
PUBLIC NOTICE OF RESUMED HEARING—LEET TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD—QUAKER VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT’S APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTION
HEARING DATE AND TIME. The Leet Township Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) will resume public hearings on this Application on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2021, starting at 7 PM in the Leet Township Commissioners’ Meeting Room at 194 Ambridge Avenue, Fair Oaks, PA 15003-1248. At the conclusion of this hearing, additional hearing date(s) and time(s) will be announced and posted on the Leet Township website, without additional forms of notice.
THE PROPERTY. The ZHB will consider the application for special exception filed by the Quaker Valley School District (applicant) concerning property located at 200-210 Camp Meeting Road (also known as Tax Parcel # 704-D-126) in the AAA Zoning District totaling about 108.004 acres in Leet Township. The application involves a proposed school.
THE APPLICATION(S). The application(s) seek or set forth: SPECIAL EXCEPTION FOR A SCHOOL IN THE AAA ZONING DISTRICT.
At the public hearing, the parties and the general public will be afforded an opportunity to present evidence and be heard.
